Zoo Design Using Area & Perimeter

This week, we have been working on “designing” our zoos. We need to use area and perimeter in order to make the exhibits, gift shops, and everything else the right size. We learned that objects with the same area can have different perimeters, and that if they have the same perimeters they can still have different areas. We also had fun doing it!!! Designing the zoo itself was hard, like it should be. We learned so much about area and perimeter!
